Customer data is stored in data centers in the US (primary) and EU (optional for GDPR compliance). All data centers are SOC 2 certified.
Only you and any team members you explicitly invite can access your site data. Metalique Studios staff can only access it for support purposes when you explicitly request help.
You can export your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted from our systems.
We never sell your data. We share limited data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
